I Know What It Feels Like to Put in the Effort and Still Not Understand Why It Is Not Working
My struggle with weight loss began when I was eight.
Over the years, I tried diets, supplements, fasts, detoxes and demanding exercise routines. Some changed my weight for a while. None taught me how to fuel myself in a way that could continue when life was not predictable.
For years, I treated food as the enemy and discipline as the answer. I moved between restriction and overeating, then assumed there was something wrong with me when I could not sustain the plan.

The Point at Which Everything Changed
The turning point came when I stopped asking how I could force myself to follow another plan and started asking what my body needed, which actions produced progress and how consistently they needed to be applied.
I learned that lasting progress does not require perfect compliance. It requires correct fuelling, consistency in real life and honest correction when the evidence shows that something is not working.
That insight became the foundation of the Maria-E 70/90 Method™.
90% of your results come from how you fuel yourself 70% of the time.

Living the Method
Today, I enjoy food without guilt.
I maintain a healthy body-fat range and train for strength and performance. This allows me to take part in the activities I enjoy.
Not every day is perfect.
I know what needs to stay in place and what can be adjusted when life changes.
If something disrupts my routine, I know how to return without starting over.
The Work I Do Now
Since 2017, I have coached more than 250 clients.
Their circumstances differ, but the work follows the same discipline: understand what is happening, identify what matters most and let the evidence show whether the approach is working.
When you work with me, you are not handed another generic plan and left to manage it alone.
You receive expert guidance while you develop the fuelling, behaviour and correction skills that allow you to keep progressing through real life.
The goal is not dependence on a coach. It is for you to know what to do, why it matters and how to respond when your circumstances change.
